A complete laboratory testing equipment container has been fully loaded and delivered to a well-known new energy automobile factory in Thailand last week, marking another large overseas laboratory project successfully completed by HAOEN.
This batch of equipment includes universal tensile testing machines, high & low temperature humidity chambers, battery extrusion & puncture test machines and aging ovens, which are used for lithium cell raw material tensile test, battery environmental aging safety test and finished product destructive test. All machines comply with UN38.3, IEC 62619 international battery safety testing standards.
Our technical team communicated with the Thai customer for 2 months to design an integrated laboratory layout plan according to their production capacity and testing demands. Before shipment, all equipment passed strict factory calibration and 72-hour continuous aging inspection to guarantee stable operation under tropical high temperature and humidity environment.
After the goods arrive at the customer’s factory, our overseas after-sales engineers will fly to Thailand to complete on-site installation, equipment calibration and one-stop operation training for local laboratory staff.
