Characteristics:
● All stainless steel corrosion resistant chamber
The inner liner is made of SUS304/SUS316 and is integrated without any seams. It is resistant to acids and alkalis, rust-proof, and easy to clean the scale; the outer shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with double-layer rock wool insulation, and the outer wall is not hot to touch, maintaining stable temperature.
● Global water circulation constant temperature system
Large-sized box built-in silent circulation pump continuously circulates the water body, eliminating temperature dead zones, with the water temperature uniformity within ±1℃; the U-shaped stainless steel immersed heating tube heats up quickly and has high thermal efficiency.
● High-precision intelligent PID control system
Touch screen / digital display dual versions, with temperature display accuracy of 0.1℃; temperature adjustable from 0 to 100℃, timing adjustable from 0 to 9999 minutes. The touch screen supports multi-stage stepped programs, and automatically stops and alarms upon completion of the test.
● Sealing and sample holding structure
The upper cover has a high-temperature-resistant silicone sealing strip to reduce steam loss; the matching multi-layer stainless steel storage basket allows the samples to be fully submerged without stacking; the bottom has brake-equipped universal wheels for easy relocation.
● Four-layer safety protection system
Automatic power-off in case of water shortage, dry burn protection, over-temperature cut-off, and leakage grounding protection, making it safer for long-term unmanned operation.
● Flexible matching design
Manual / automatic water replenishment, bottom drainage valve; supports non-standard large-sized customization.
