Edge And Ring Crush Tester is used in conjunction with a variety of materials for all-round testing. They can test various samples, including paper, corrugated cardboard, pipes, plastics and other materials. Different special sample racks are used to test different samples. The use of high-precision load cells can enhance the accuracy of tests, even under relatively small force values. These include five types of tests: ring crush (RCT), flat crush (FCT), edge crush (ECT), adhesion (PAT), and general compression (CMT). It is a testing device that integrates multiple functions.

Test items:

1. Equipped with a ring crush test center disk and a dedicated ring crush sampler, it conducts ring crush strength tests (RCT) on cardboard.

2. Equipped with an edge crush (adhesive) sample sampler and auxiliary guide blocks, it conducts edge crush strength tests (ECT) on corrugated cardboard.

3. Equipped with a peel strength test stand, it conducts corrugated cardboard adhesive (peel) strength tests (PAT).

4. Equipped with a flat pressure sample sampler, it conducts flat pressure strength tests (FCT) on corrugated cardboard.

5. Equipped with a groove gauge and auxiliary tools, conduct laboratory groove tests (CCT and CMT).
