Description:
Thermal shock test chamber is professionally designed to simulate rapid and drastic temperature alternating environments from high temperature to low temperature. It is used to evaluate the temperature resistance and structural stability of products under instantaneous thermal and cold shock. By generating sharp thermal expansion and contraction stress, the equipment effectively exposes internal potential defects of materials and components. It verifies whether test samples have failures such as cracking, deformation, desoldering, seal failure and performance degradation after frequent temperature changes, so as to screen out early defective products and improve product reliability.
