Description:

Carton compression tester, also known as box compression strength tester, is a professional laboratory testing instrument designed to evaluate the vertical pressure resistance, stacking performance and structural stability of various packaging containers. It simulates the actual vertical stacking pressure that cartons and packaging boxes bear during warehouse storage, container transportation, cargo handling and logistics circulation. Test Modes

Three standard test modes are integrated to meet all mainstream packaging compression test requirements:

1. Ultimate Compression Test:

Continuously apply pressure until the carton is deformed or crushed automatically. Record the maximum compressive strength, real-time pressure change and displacement deformation curve of the sample, which is used for raw material incoming inspection and finished product quality grading.

2. Fixed Load Holding Test:

Set specified pressure value and holding duration. The machine maintains constant pressure automatically to detect whether the packaging box can keep intact without permanent deformation under long-term fixed load, matching long-time warehouse stacking scenarios.

3. Simulation Stacking Test:

Restore actual warehouse multi-layer stacking working condition. Calculate safe stacking height and maximum allowable stacking layers according to test data, providing direct data support for warehouse cargo
